The transaction for the refinancing of A.S. Roma debt and the related reorganisation of the group’s IP and media structure was successfully closed.
Goldman Sachs International, as “Mandated Lead Arranger” and “Bookrunner”, and UniCredit Bank AG – Milan Branch, as “Agent” and “Security Agent” of the financing, were assisted by law firms Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners and Latham & Watkins.
In particular, Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners participated to the transaction with a team formed by Riccardo Agostinelli, Andrea Taurozzi and Daniele Migliarucci.
From Latham & Watkins, Giancarlo D’Ambrosio, Beatrice Gattoni, Claudio Segna and Guido Bartolomei, from the Milan offices, and Chris Kandel and Philipp Vorbeck , from the London offices.
