The Firm with Jakala in the acquisition of FFW

The Firm advised Jakala, martech portfolio company of Ardian, in the financing for the acquisition of the entire share capital of FFW, Danish company active in the marketing field.

To date, the deal represents the largest acquisition in Europe vis-à-vis the private digital services sector.

Jakala has been assisted by a team led by partner Lorenzo Vernetti and composed of counsel Marcello Legrottaglie and associates Viola Mereu and Francesco Simonetta.
