Southern Italy’s Firm of the year: Ls Lexjus Sinacta. The network’s Bari offices closed (obtaining the relevant validation) an important composition with creditors on a going concern basis for Ente Ecclesiastico Ospedale Miulli di Acquaviva delle Fonti, encumbered at the beginning of 2013 with more than 211 million debts. Independent Italian desk of the year: Bonn Steichen & Partners, which assisted its own clients in the current matter of esterovestizione (offshoring) and in many transactions having investment funds as protagonists. Some of the main credit institutions are amongst its clients.
International Italian desk of the year: Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, which was in charge of the international aspects of some of the main transactions of the year. It assisted Credit Suisse in the agreement for the acquisition of PartnerRe by Exor and Yoox in the acquisition of Net-A-Porter.
