Silvia is a Counsel in the Banking and Finance department.

Her practice mainly focusses on financing transactions, with particular reference to credit agreements and related finance documents, as well as on bond issuances, especially high yield ones.

She advises both lenders and borrowers, issuers and initial purchasers and subscribers of the relevant obligations. She also assists clients on project finance transactions, co-issuance bond transactions and unitranche loans.

Before joining the Firm, Silvia practiced in other prestigious Italian and international law Firms.

She graduated in Law from the University of Udine and has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2011.

She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
