Nicola Ferrini focuses his activity on M&A and commercial contractual law and accrued a wide expertise in the fields of litigation and arbitration of commercial law disputes. He assists Italian and foreign companies in various industries, including real estate and hotels, advertising, agency and distribution. Before joining Gattai, Minoli, Partners, Nicola started his career and practiced for over 25 years at the law firm of Prof. Alberto Mazzoni.

He graduated in law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1990 and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 1994 (admitted to the Italian Supreme Court).

He speaks Italian, English and French.
