
Nicola Brunetti
Nicola Brunetti focuses his activity on private and public M&A, Capital Markets and Private Equity, advising major corporations, listed companies and private equity funds, in Italian and cross-border transactions. Nicola has also gained sound experience in advising multi-utility companies in their reorganization and consolidation process. Nicola is a founding partner of the firm and was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf and Simmons & Simmons.
He graduated in Law from the University of Pavia and was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in January 1996. From 1992 to 1995 Nicola collaborated with the department of civil law of the faculty of Economics of the University of Pavia.
He speaks Italian and English.
