Marcello Legrottaglie
Marcello Legrottaglie is a Counsel of the Banking and Finance department of Gattai, Minoli, Partners.
Marcello focuses his practice on advising Italian and international banks as well as financial institutions, private debt funds, private equity firms, and corporate clients on domestic and cross border structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on real estate finance, sport finance, acquisition finance and corporate lending. He advises clients throughout all stages of a financing, from the initial structuring stages to the negotiation of financing agreements to closing. He has also been involved in various important corporate restructurings.
Marcello graduated in law in “Bocconi” University of Milan and studied in Sweden at the University of Gothenburg.
Before joining Gattai, Minoli, Partners, Marcello cooperated with other major law firms, both Italian and international.
