
Lorenzo Cairo
Lorenzo Cairo focuses his activity on employment law, advising leading national and international companies on all aspects of employment law including restructuring processes, incentive plans, non-compete covenants, disciplinary proceedings, termination of top managers and litigation before the Italian Courts.
Since 2001, when he graduated with a paper about the right to privacy of the employee in Italy and France, Lorenzo also advises clients on data protection law, providing assistance about privacy compliance and relations with the Privacy Authority.
Lorenzo has been a member of the Management Committee of the National School of Employment law at AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association, from 2012 to 2017. He lectured in employment law at the Specialization School for Legal Professions of the State University of Milan from 2011 to 2014.
He graduated in law from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in April 2006.
