Gian Luca has a recognized experience in advising major national and international clients in local and cross-border financing transactions. He regularly advises on acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate lending, real estate finance and structured finance syndicated and bilateral transactions, assisting both lenders, such as banks and debt funds, and borrowers, such as private equity funds and listed companies.

He also has extensive experience in loan trading, securitizations and factoring transactions, as well as in financial regulation. Gian Luca's professional experience also includes advising on debt restructuring transactions.

Before joining Gattai, Minoli, Partners, Gian Luca worked with Ashurst, Allen & Overy and Chiomenti Studio Legale.

He graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan in 2004 and he has been admitted to the Italian Bar in 2007.

He speaks Italian and English.
