Enrico Silvestri
Enrico Silvestri has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, with particular reference to M&A and private equity transactions.
He is active in the fields of traditional and renewable energy and assists Italian and foreign companies and funds in Italian and cross-border transactions.
Before joining the Firm, Enrico was partner at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and previously has worked at CBA Studio Legale and Legance.
Graduated in 2004 at the University of Naples S. O. Benincasa magna cum laude, he obtained a Master in Law and Business at the Business School of Ilsole24ore in 2008.
Enrico is a member of the Bar Association of Naples since 2007.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
