Gattai, Minoli, Partners with Amf S.p.A. in the acquisition of Italcatene

The Tax department of the Firm advised Amf S.p.A. in the acquisition of Italcatene Group, which includes Italcatene and Italfinish, from the Tozzi family, who will re-invest in the group and will maintain its management role in coordination with the management team of Amf Group.

Amf has been advised by a team composed of Partner Cristiano Garbarini, Counsel Alban Zaimaj and Associates Valentina Buzzi and Gaia Baroni.
