Gattai, Minoli, Partners with 21 Invest in the sale of Carton Pack to A&M Capital Europe

The Firm advised 21 Invest, owner, together with Lesi, of Carton Pack group, active in the development, production and marketing of multi-material packaging for the food sector, in the signing of binding agreements for the acquisition of the group by A&M Capital Europe.

21 Invest has been advised, as far as corporate aspects are concerned, by a team composed by Partner Stefano Catenacci, Counsel Michele Ventura and Senior Associate Maria Persichetti.

The team composed of Partner Lorenzo Vernetti, Counsel Marcello Legrottaglie and Associate Pasquale Spiezio, advised A&M Capital Europe on the finance profiles of the transaction.
