The Firm’s internal growth strategy continues, alongside the positive results and the double digit economic growth registered in 2021.

Gattai, Minoli, Partners confirms its internal growth strategy and promotion of its professionals by appointing two new Partners and 3 new Counsels in the context of the recent Partners’ meeting which also approved the 2021 positive results and the significant growth in all the practice areas of the Firm.

In particular, the Partners’ Meeting appointed Partners Prof. Marco Ventoruzzo, Of Counsel of the Firm since 2017, and Lorenzo Fabbrini, previously Counsel of the Corporate Department.

The appointment of Marco Ventoruzzo, Full Professor of Business Law at the Bocconi University in Milan and former Full Professor of Law at the Penn State Law School, in the US, testifies his growing contribution within the firm, particularly in the areas of corporate law, listed companies and corporate governance.

Lorenzo Fabbrini has grown internally in the corporate department with particular focus on the firm’s core businesses, i.e. M&A and private equity.

Federica Baccigalupi, active in the Real Estate department, Edoardo Brillante, with a focus on listed companies, and Valeria Salamina, active in the Corporate department and in particular on corporate governance issues, have been appointed as Counsel. For Federica Baccigalupi and Valeria Salamina the promotion is a growth within the Firm whilst Edoardo Brillante comes from a previous professional experience at Gianni & Origoni law firm.
