Gattai, Minoli, Partners published its first sustainability report!

The report is a true manifesto which documents the commitment of all of us to be increasingly involved in our society, aware of the impacts we create, and determined to generate a shared value. In this year we worked to respect the environment, to promote the career path and personal well-being of our lawyers and staff, and to support and help the local community.

Gattai, Minoli, Partners has published its first Sustainability Report with the aim of representing and reporting on the various initiatives launched in 2022, as well as the Firm’s commitment to its various stakeholders.

The Report began with a materiality analysis, conducted on 150 internal resources, including associates and staff, 25 partners and 90 national and international clients, with the purpose of understanding the priorities to be addressed in order to meet the expectations of all stakeholders, internal or external to the Firm.

The analysis showed how people-related issues, as well as inclusion and environmental ones, are considered essential from the perspective of both professionals and other stakeholders.
