Gattai, Minoli, Partners advisor to Lokky in equity crowfunding campaign closed with a 2.6 million euro raise

The Firm acted as legal advisor to Lokky, Italian Insurtech dedicated to Small Businesses, Professionals and Freelancers, in the context of the equity crowdfunding campaign launched on Mamacrowd – the most important Italian equity crowdfunding platform – for a total collection of about 2.6 mln euros, as part of a total capital increase of 2.9 mln euros. Through this latest transaction, Lokky reaches the threshold of 5 mln euros raised since its establishment.

Lokky has been advised by a team composed for corporate aspects by Partners Gerardo Gabrielli and Valentina Lattanzi and Associates Roberto Garrone and Nicola Occhipinti, while for IP matters by Partner Licia Garotti and Associate Vittoria Omarchi.
