Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners with Ardian in the purchase of the Banca MPS portfolio

Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners assisted Ardian on the town planning and administrative law profiles relating to the Milan and Florence properties included in the Banca MPS real estate portfolio, consisting overall of 26 properties having a commercial surface of about 90,000 square meters and an aggregate value of about 300 million euros.
