Following the recent entry of new partners in the Real Estate and Energy-Infrastructure departments and of the professionals arrived from the firm Mazzoni Regoli – Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partnes further strengthens its litigation department under the guidance of founding partner Luca Minoli.
The firm announces the hire as partner in the litigation and arbitration department of Filippo Rossi, coming from ex Lombardi law firm, who will focus his activity mainly in corporate and commercial litigation, working alongside Sergio Fulco who strengthens his position in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy procedures.
In addition to the 3 partners, the team also includes Of Counsel Prof. Marco Ventoruzzo, Partner Duccio Regoli, Counsels Matteo Mengoni and Stefano Ferrero, who will be appointed Counsel starting January 2020, as well as 10 associates with Matteo Pandimiglio, focused on Energy litigation, and Corrado Cassone, Teresa Mazzoni and Stefano Solli from the firm Mazzoni Regoli.
Together with the Corporate and Finance departments, the Litigation department since its foundation, has been one of the core departments of the Firm. It now counts 15 professionals focused on the main activities of the Firm, in addition to those specialized in litigation in fields such as IP/IT, Labour and Antitrust, with which there is constant cooperation.
Throughout the years, the Litigation team has distinguished itself for the thorough work assisting the M&A colleagues in working on pre-litigation and litigation issues arising from extraordinary finance deals. The credibility and autonomy acquired by the litigation department, together with the growth of the Firm in areas initially ancillary that have progressively become independent, are the reasons for its consolidation and the heading of the department to Luca Minoli, one of the founding partners of the Firm.
Filippo Rossi, previously Partner at Lombardi e Associati where he joined in 2006, has acquired a significant experience both at national and international level. He holds magna cum laude degrees in Law from the University of Genoa and obtained Master’s Degrees in Law in London and in Texas.
“Under Luca’s supervision – stated Bruno Gattai, Managing Partner of the Firm Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners – we intend to further develop the already structured litigation department with the aim to achieve a unique position on the market”.
“The Firm boasts a consolidated expertise and track record in the litigation practice – concludes Luca Minoli – excellence in this area remains a characterizing element compared to its competitors and ensures quality for the entire firm. The new entries will help us fortify the team and expand our practice area”.
