Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners legal Advisor of AC Milan in two non-convertible bonds issuance

Associazione Calcio Milan S.p.A. has completed his financial debt reorganisation, started from the well-known closing of the company’s acquisition occurred on 13 April 2017, through the issuance of two non-convertible bonds listed on the Third Market organized and managed by the Vienna Stock Exchange, entirely subscribed by the qualified investor Project Redblack S.à .r.l. (linked to funds Elliott and Blue Skye).

In particular, a first bond named “Prestito Obbligazionario Garantito Associazione Calcio Milan S.p.A. 2017-2018 – Serie 1” (Secured Bond Associazione Calcio Milan S.p.A. 2017-2018 – Series 1) for an amount approximately equal to Euro 77 million is aimed at refinancing existing financial exposure of the issuer, whereas a second bond named Prestito Obbligazionario Garantito Associazione Calcio Milan S.p.A. 2017-2018 – Serie 2” (Secured Bond Associazione Calcio Milan S.p.A. 2017-2018 – Series 2) for an amount approximately up to Euro 54 million is aimed at financing the football player acquisition campaign.
