Marco Ventoruzzo is a corporate law professor and the director of the “Angelo Sraffa” Law Studies department at Luigi Bocconi university in Milan, as well as a full professor with tenure at Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson Law school in the US.

An Italian Supreme court lawyer, chartered accountant and auditor, Professor Ventoruzzo’s research and academic activity focusses on commercial, corporate finance, banking and capital markets law issues.
