Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners assisted Gruppo Illy S.p.A. in the sale of a minority stake of illycaffè S.p.A., a leading global premium coffee brand based in Trieste, to Rhone Capital.

Gruppo Illy S.p.A. selected Rhône Capital, a global private equity fund, as its partner to lead the Company into its next phase of international growth after a long and rigorous selection process which took more than a year.

The Firm assisted Gruppo Illy S.p.A. with a group led by Partners Bruno Gattai and Gerardo Gabrielli, and by Counsels Damiano Battaglia and Nicola Martegani and Associate Jacopo Ceccherini.
