Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners establishes a coordination unit for the management of Litigation and Pre-Litigation Real Estate issues.
The new unit goes under the name of Real Estate Distressed Assets and Litigation (REDAL).

The Real Estate, Litigation, and Regulatory Departments of Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners join the forces to establish the Real Estate Distressed Assets and Litigation Coordination Unit (REDAL), led by partners Luca Minoli, Andrea Calvi, Gianluca Gariboldi and Andrea Francesco Castelli, with the aim of combining the multidisciplinary competences needed to provide sound and thoroughly advice and assistance on real estate contentious and pre-contentious issues, especially (though not only) in the fields of alternative investment funds, real estate M&A, town-planning, environmental compliance, and long-term contracts.

The initiative responds to the Firm’s strong will to effectively address the challenges posed to the legal profession by, amongst others, the significant growth of the Italian real estate market, the steady technological innovation of both investment and intermediation processes, the increasing complexity of planning and environmental issues, and the very recent, almost unprecedented access of private investors onto the illiquid market of close-ended real estate investment funds.
