The law firm, with over 130 professionals in Milan, Rome and London, has developed a new department dedicated to Esports and will contribute to the regulation of the sector through its research work.
Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners, one of the best-known and most accredited law firms in Italy, has joined the network of the Osservatorio Italiano Esports, the first B2B platform for networking, information and training for stakeholders in the sector. The agreement is part of the firm’s strategy to position itself authoritatively in the new and growing Esports market.
As part of this initiative, the Firm released the publication “A Player’s Journey: dal salotto di casa alle arene virtuali”, focused on the main legal issues related to the Esports sector.

Thanks to this new entry, the number of law firm involved in the OIES project has increased, bringing it to being an important point of reference in Italy for the regulation of the market.
