The first event that involves the Taskforce is the upcoming roundtable on “Smart Contract and ICO: blockchain following bitcoin”.

Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners created a Fintech Taskforce formed by Emanuela Campari Bernacchi (Head of Structured Finance), Licia Garotti (Head of Intellectual Property/IT), Andrea Calvi (Head of Financial Regulations), Valentina Lattanzi (Partner – Structured Finance), Lorenzo Cairo (Head of Employment/Data protection), Gerardo Gabrielli (Partner – M&A) and Marco Ventoruzzo (Of-Counsel and Professor of Business Law at Bocconi University in Milan).

In this context and within the Intellectual Property Meetings, a roundtable to discuss on “Smart Contract and ICO: blockchain following bitcoin” has been organized for April 19, 2018.
