Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners continues its growth process and strengthening in those industrial sectors which are synergic to the Firm’s core practices by hiring Carla Mambretti and Nicola Gaglione and opening the new Energy and Infrastructure department which will be led by Carla Mambretti.
The two new partners join the Firm with a team of six professionals, all coming from the same law firm.
Carla Mambretti, previously partner at Lombardi e Associati Law Firm, has a solid experience in extraordinary transactions and in the last years she focussed on the traditional and renewable energy sources industry and on the infrastructure sector advising on project finance in structured finance deals and investment transactions in energy production facilities from renewable sources (wind power, biomass and biogas, solar and hydropower) and on projects for the construction of energy production power plants in the context of public concessions and in the infrastructure industry. In 1996 she joined Lombardi e Associati Law Firm where she has been partner since 1999, having started her practice in 1993 at Schlesinger – Lombardi Law Firm in Milan, where she was head of the Energy and Infrastructure department.
Nicola Gaglione joined Lombardi e Associati Law Firm in 2015, where he was co-head of the Project Finance department. He is focussed on project finance transactions in the renewable, conventional and infrastructure energy industry. Before joining Lombardi e Associati Law Firm, Nicola Gaglione has gained experience at Grimaldi e Associati, Allen&Overy and CBA Studio Legale e Tributario.
“Once the closure of my previous Law Firm was clear – commented Carla Mambretti – I considered separating from my mentor in order to continue my career in a law firm that for size, values, skills and growing process best fitted my vocation, my ambition and the way I live my profession. I’m sure we will experience a story of success”.
“We are very satisfied – stated Bruno Gattai, Managing Partner of Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners – that Carla Mambretti and Nicola Gaglione joined our team bringing strong and consolidated skills in the energy and infrastructure industry which we covered in a less structured manner and in which we plan to increase our positioning and presence significantly”.
“The important news – concluded Bruno Gattai – is the continuous and progressive growth of our Firm through the strengthening and the expansion of the skills on one side, and – on the other side – the fact that we are always more a magnet for excellent resources in search of professional opportunities”.
