Cristiano Garbarini joins Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners Tax department as partner

Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners keeps on growing thanks to Cristiano Garbarini who joins as partner in Tax department. Garbarini is a highly experienced lawyer with a strong focus on the tax profiles of private equity, M&A, banking and finance transactions. A magna cum laude graduate from the University of Genoa and a PhD in International Tax Law, after various experiences at national and international law firms, in 2002 Garbarini joined Studio Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati, where he became partner in 2012.

Alban Zaimaj, from Studio Maisto, will also join the Firm as associate.

Following these appointments, the number of professionals employed by the Firm increases to 82, 24 of whom are partners.
