Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners legal advisor to Francesco Trapani in the acquisition of 51% of Geloso, Italian company active in the production of all natural ice cream bars

Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners, with a team formed by Partner Alessandro Dolce, Senior Associate Federico Michelini and Associate Diletta Camicia, assisted Francesco Trapani in the acquisition of 51% of Geloso, an Italian company producer of all natural ice cream bars on a stick.

Francesco Trapani entered, through Argenta Holding Sarl, in Geloso’s capital by means of a reserved capital increase which will allow the company to grow stronger and faster.

A creamy ice cream on a stick: this is the Geloso’s trademark, being able to maintain texture with no use of preservatives, thickeners, semi-finished products and colors, but only using selected and high quality raw materials.

A formula made possible thanks to the know-how of Manuele Presenti – awarded 3 cones by Gambero Rosso, Master Chef of Natural Ice Cream and founder of the “Natural Ice Cream Academy” – who succeeded in creating an all natural product maintaining creaminess and consistency unexpected for an ice cream bar on a stick.
