Fund Ardian has acquired, together with the company’s management, 100% of Italian Amp Group, active in the manufacturing and sale of electric window winders for cars, from Star Capital sgr. Led by the managing director, Giovanni de Zio, the managers took part in the transaction with 5% of capital.

The fund’s legal advisors in the transaction were law firm Gattai Minoli Agostinelli, with a team formed by Stefano Catenacci, Michele Ventura and Maria Persichetti, for all corporate related matters, and Gaetano Carrello and Nicolò Harris for all finance related matters, as well as Cba, with Diego De Francesco and Luca Pangrazzi for all tax related matters.  Star Capital Sgr was assisted by Accinni, Cartolano e Associati, with Francesco Cartolano and Matteo Acerbi, as legal advisor, as well as by Russo De Rosa Associati, with Leo De Rosa and Federica Paiella, for all tax related matters, whilst Deloitte was in charge of the due diligence, with Luca Zesi and Vincenzo Depetro for all accounting related matters and Francesco Saltarelli and Matteo Cornacchia for all tax related matters, as well as by White & Case, with Jacopo Canino, for all legal issues.  Star Capital had invested in Algo back in December 2010 with Star Bridge Social Responsible Fund and had successfully acquired Miraglio back in 2012.
